(1) Pork Ribs
(2) Garlic Powder
(3) Lemon and Pepper seasoning Salt
(4) Cooking oil
This is a very simple but delicious dish...
Cut pork ribs to your desired size, then season with garlic powder and lemon and pepper seasoning salt.
Pour enough oil to cover the meat half way in a midium size frying pan or skillet.
heat oil in a frying pan until it sizzles when you drop a drop of water....
Fry the seasoned pork ribs covered until side is brown, then turn it over and brown.... do this routine until pork is fully cooked....
Serve with hot plain fried rice and saw-sawan of your choice....
