Recipe for Cooked Turkey Giblets And Broth


1 turkey neck
1 turkey giblets reserve liver
1 large onion; cut
1 celery with leaves; cut
1 parsley
1 bay leaf
2 teaspoon salt
1 quart water


Place all ingredients (except liver) in saucepan. Cover and bring to boil. Lower heat and simmer 2 hours. Add liver for last 15 minutes. Strain. Use broth as desired. Chop giblets. Use as desired.
