Recipe for Zucchini And Chicken Skillet


2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 tablespoon shortening
1/2 cup tomatoes, drained
2 lb chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
1 salt and pepper to taste


In skillet, brown chicken in shortening. Pour off excess fat. Add soup, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Add zucchini. Cook about 15 minutes longer. Origin: Women's Circle, for cooks on the go
