Recipe for Sausage Rolls

Ingredients

1 cottage cheese and oil
1 pastry (3)
1 filling
1/2 egg white
12 sausages, about 6 in (16cm)
1 long
1 for brushing
1 a little canned milk

Instructions

Roll out the pastry 1/8 in (3mm) thick; with a pastry wheel cut out 12 rectangles of 6x4 in (16x10 cm) and brush the edges with egg white. roll up a sausage in each piece of pastry and lay on a greased baking sheet. brush with milk. OVEN: pre-heat for 5 min. at very hot, bake at moderately hot. BAKING TIME: 15-20 min.
