Recipe for Cottage Cheese-Spinach Casserole


2 cup low fat cottage cheese,
1 rinsed & drained
1 egg substitute equal to 3
1 eggs
3 tablespoon flour
4 oz low fat cheese cubed
1/2 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped
1 spinach, partially thawed
1/4 teaspoon salt


Preheat Oven To 350 F. Combine Cottage Cheese, Egg Substitute & Flour. Add Cheese. Add Spinach in Chunks Along With Salt. Place in Baking Dish & Bake Uncovered 60 Min.
