Recipe for Cocktail Party Shrimp


1 bunch scallions/shallots
1/2 large bunch parsley
2 can whole pimentos
2 large pods garlic
3 parts salad oil to 1 part
1 white vinegar
1 salt
1 pepper
1 dry mustard
1 red pepper
5 lb boiled shelled cleaned
1 shrimp or defrosted frozen


Chop vegetables fine in a food processor or blender. Add to oil/ vinegar mixture. Mix well. Season to taste with other seasonings. Pour mixture over shrimp, turn several times. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours, mixing occasionally. Drain liquid to serve. Serve with toothpicks.
