Recipe for Bean And Sausage Casserole


1 pkg frozen lima beans; 10oz
1 can baked beans; 21oz
1 can kidney beans; drained
1 can great northern beans; 15-1/2 oz, drained
1 small onion; chopped
1 lb smoked sausage; cut 1 piece
3/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper


Heat oven to 400F. Rinse frozen lima beans with cold water to separate. Mix lima, baked, kidney and northern beans, onion and sausage in ungreased 2-1/2-quart casserole. Mix remaining ingredients; stir into bean mixture. Cover and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
