Recipe for Brandied Louisiana Yams

Ingredients

4 tablespoon margarine, pareve
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
1/2 cup brandy
8 med.yams,cooked,peel,slice>>
1 or
2 1 lb.canned yams, drained>>
1 sliced.

Instructions

Melt margarine in large skillet. Add sugar and stir over low heat until melted. Add yams, orange peel, and brandy and cook over low heat 15 min. basting yams frequently.
