Recipe for Creole Pecan Pie


1 9 pie crust,unbaked
1 cup karo syrup, blue label
1 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon pareve margarine, melted


Mix ingreds. together, adding pecans last. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 400 F. oven for 40 min. or until a knife inserted in center of filling comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
