Recipe for Smoked Salmon Cracker Spread


8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 each tb lemon juice
2 teaspoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon horseradish
16 oz can salmon, drained, bones removed,; flaked
1 chopped pecans
1 chopped fresh parsley


In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add sallt, lemon juice, onion, liquid smoke, and horsereadish. Continue beating until well mixed. Stir in salmon by hand. Spoon into serving bowl. If desired, garnish with pecans and parsley. Store refrigerated.
