Recipe for Broccoli Cheese Casserole


1 pkg broccoli frozen or one bunch
1 each can cream of mushroom soup
1 each soup can of milk
1/4 lb velveta cheese
1 each can french fried onion rings


For fresh broccoli remove stems and place in boiling water for 3 minutes. Just thaw frozen broccoli. Place broccoli in casserole. Add soup, milk, cheese and half of onion rings. Stir gently to prevent busting broccoli buds. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add remaining onion rings on top of dish and bake for 10 more minutes.
