Recipe for Broccoli-Shrimp Crisp


1 cup shrimp; cooked
10 oz broccoli spears
1 can soup, cream of mushroom
1/4 cup milk; or water
1/2 cup cheese, american; shredded
1 cup breadcrumbs; toasted
2 tablespoon butter; melted
2 eggs; hard-cooked, sliced


Peel, devein, and cut shrimp in half. Cook broccoli, according to package directions, just under tender. Heat soup in saucepan with milk; stir until smooth. Stir in shrimp. Arrange layers of broccoli, soup mixture, and cheese in a baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbs and spoon melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Just before serving, slice hard-cooked eggs and arrange over casserole.
