5 lb pork country style ribs
2 cup sugar
4 tablespoon paprika
1 can (28 oz) whole apricots
1 each jar (2 oz.) grated lemon peel
3 tablespoon salt

(Any remaining sugar mixture can be stored in a tightly covered jar for future use.) Place ribs on grill 6 to 8 inches above grey-white coals. Cook ribs 30 minutes on covered grill (60 minutes on open grill). Turn ribs frequently. Place apricots on grill last 10 minutes of cooking time. Place ribs on platter, garnish with apricots.
