Recipe for Stuffed Eggs, Polish Style


8 eggs, hard-boiled; shelled
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoon chives or green onions; chopped
2 tablespoon dill or parsley, fresh; minced
1 salt; to taste
1 pepper; to taste
1 paprika


Cut eggs into lengthwise halves. Remove yolks and mash. Mix with sour cream, chives or onions, dill, salt and pepper. Stuff egg halves with the mixture and sprinkle with paprika. Chill. Serves 8.
