Recipe for Tuna Fish Pate


2 (6 1/2oz) cans tuna fish drained
1 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
2 tablespoon grated onion
2 tablespoon brandy
1 salt and pepper to taste


Mix all ingredients together well to form smooth mixture. Pack tightly into serving dish. Chill well before serving.
