Recipe for Crab Puffs


6 oz crabmeat
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
3 each green onions, chopped
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
4 each eggs.


Combine first five and stir well. Set Aside. Combine water, butter and salt in a medium saucepan, bring to a boil and reduce heat to low. Add flour and stir until it leaves the sides and forms a smooth ball. Allow to cool and add eggs, 1 at a time beating well after each addition. Add Crab. Drop by teaspoon sized balls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 400 for 14 min. 350 10 min. They can be frozen.
