5 lb pork roast; boston butt
1 salt
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar, brown
1 cup water
Cook pork in lightly salted water over low heat 2 to 2-1/2 hours; drain, reserving 1 cup broth. Cut pork into thin slices, and place in a large shallow baking pan.
Combine 1 teaspoon salt, reserved broth, and remaining ingredients; mix well, and pour over pork slices. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
