Recipe for Bread Crumb And Butter Sauce


6 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 cup bread crumbs; fine white
2 teaspoon lemon juice; fresh
2 tablespoon parsley, fresh; chopped
1 egg, hard-cooked; shelled
1 & chopped


Melt butter in a skillet. Add bread crumbs and cook until golden. Add lemon juice, parsley and chopped egg. Serve with vegetables such as asparagus, cauliflower or brussels sprouts. Makes about 1 cup.
