1 3/4 cup graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 can blueberry pie filling
1 whipped cream or cool whip
Mix graham crumbs, sugar and melted butter. Press into a 9 x 13 baking pan.
Beat together cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla. Spread on crumb base Bake for 20 min at 375 F Let cool. Spread with blueberry pie filling and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
Note: These squares freeze well. I cut them into portions, freeze on cookie sheets, then store in plastic containers. Then you can just take our as many as you want for desserts.
