Recipe for Turkey Bean Patties With Mustard Sauce


15 1/2 oz can great northern beans, drained a; nd rinsed
1/2 lb lean ground turkey
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 teaspoon oil
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1 tablespoon dijon mustard


In medium bowl, lightly mash 3/4 cup of the beans with a fork. Add remaining beans, turkey, bread crumbs, carrot, and dill; mix well. Shape into 6 1/2" thick patties. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet until hot. cook patties 10-15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once during cooking. In small bowl, combine sour cream and mustard; blend well. Serve sauce with patties.
