Recipe for Turkey Mac Skillet


1 lb ground turkey
2 teaspoon oil
1 cup (4 oz) uncooked elbow macs
1 cup thinly sliced celery
1 medium tomato, chopped
1 cup water
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
2 can (8 oz ea) tomato sauce


rown ground turkey in oil in large skillet; drain. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 8-10 minutes or until macaroni is of desired doneness.

Makes 6 1-cup servings
