Recipe for Crockpot Veal Scallopini


2 lb veal cubes
3/4 cup flour mix*
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup oil
4 can sliced mushrooms** 16-ounce can tom; atoes
2 small onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon leaf oregano
1 small clove garlic, minced


*Add 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper to flour **drain mushrooms Directions: Roll veal cubes in seasoned flour and fry in hot oil until well browned. Put into CROCK-POT. Add all remaining ingredients. Stir together well. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours Serve over rice or fettucini.
