Recipe for Yeast Rolls


6 1/2 cup flour, all purpose
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup sugar
5 each pks yeast
2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup lard


Water has to be warm and milk also. Put yeast into 1/2 cup warm water to dissolve. Mix into flour, salt, sugar and lard. Pinch out into rolls. Let rise and bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until brown.
