Recipe for Lemon Bread, Dak


1 pkg yeast
3 cup bread flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter; room temperature
3/4 cup milk; scalded
1 egg + 1 yolk; room temp.
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
2 teaspoon dried or freshly grated lemon peel


Place all ingredients into breadmaker pan in the order above, select white bread and push start.
