Recipe for Dijon Green Onion Appetizers


1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tablespoon grey poupon dijon mustard
2 each green onions - sliced
1 each 8-oz. french bread baguette - slice; d diagonally
1 into 40 pieces
1 sliced ripe olives (optional) [i do; n't use 'em]


Combine mayonnaise, cheese, mustard and onions. Spread approximately 2 teaspoons mixture on each bread slice. Place cheese side up on baking sheet. Broil until lightly golden. Garnish with ripe olives just before broiling, if desired.

40 appetizers (depending on how thickly you slice the bread).
