Recipe for Festive Cocktail Meatballs


1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 cup minute rice
1 can (8oz) crushed pineapple in juice
1/2 cup carrot [finely shredded]
1/2 cup onion [chopped]
1 single egg [beaten]
1 teaspoon ginger [ground]
8 oz french dressing
2 tablespoon soy sauce


(Pre-heat the oven to 400)

1) Mix together all of the ingredients except the last 2, in a bowl, then form into 1" meatballs... 2) Place on a greased baking sheets and bake in pre-heated oven for 15 min. or `til browned... 3) Mix together the soy sauce and the dressing... 4) Serve the meatballs warm with the dressing...
