24 chicken wing pieces
1 teaspoon bell's poultry seasoning
1 bread or cracker crumbs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon fennel, ground
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon parsley, dried

MAKE MARINADE: Blend oil and vinegar. Add sugar, mustard, and fennel. Add lemon juice, parsley, salt and pepper to taste. [This keeps very well in refrig, so you may want to make extra and keep it] Marinate wing pieces for about 1/2 hour; drain. Roll in crumbs and place on oiled baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning, salt and pepper. Bake in 375 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until wings are light brown and tender. Serve warm or cold.
