Recipe for Orange Five-Spice Chicken

Ingredients

2 each boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 teaspoon orange zest
1 juice of 1 large orange
1/2 teaspoon five-spice powder
1/8 teaspoon ginger, fresh, finely minced
1/8 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

Instructions

Mix together zest, juice, five-spice powder, ginger, and vinegar. Pour over chicken breasts placed in casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover dish and bake for 40-45 minutes. Serve hot over rice with about a Tablespoon of juices poured over each serving. Serves 2
