Recipe for Chinese-Style Pasta Salad - Country Living

Ingredients

1 pkg 8-oz rotini (spirals)
2 tablespoon margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon hot chili oil
2 cup sugar-snap pea pods, tips and strin; gs removed
1/3 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 teaspoon chinese five-spice powder

Instructions

1. Prepare rotini pasta following package directions.

2. Meanwhile, in large, nonstick skillet, heat margarine and oil over md heat. Add peas and cook, stirring, until brightly colored and tender. Stir in walnuts and five-spice powder and cook until walnuts are lightly toasted-about 2 minutes.

3. Toss sugar-snap-pea mixture with drained cooked pasta. Serve immediately.
