Recipe for Hoisin Chicken Breast Supreme


1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoon rice wine or sake
2 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 1/2 lb chicken breast skinless and boneles; s


Combine the marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken and toss lightly to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate for several hours in refrigerator.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange the chicken in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until done. Transfer to a platter and serve whole or cut into strips.

Alternately, cut chicken into strips. Heat a wok, add 1 teaspoon vegetable oil, and heat until hot. Add chicken and stir-fry until cooked throughout.
