Recipe for Pepper Chicken Fettucini Toss


1 lb (1 package) creamette
1 fettucini [uncooked]
1/4 cup olive oil (or veg. oil)
3 chicken breasts [boneless
1 & skinless] [cut into strips
2 large red bell peppers [cut into
1 strips]
2 large yellow bell peppers [cut
1 into strips]
1 medium green bell pepper [cut into
1 strips]
1 medium onion [cut into chunks]
2 1/2 cup mushrooms [fresh][sliced]
1 teaspoon herb seasoning [salt free]
2 1/2 tablespoon parmesan cheese [grated]


1) Prepare the fettucini according to directions, then drain... 2) In a large skilet heat the oil and add the chicken, peppers, onion, mushrooms, and seasonings and cook over med heat `til the chicken is cooked through, 8 to 10 min... 3) Add the hot cooked fettucini and parmesan cheese, toss to coat, and serve immediately...
