Recipe for Stir Fry Ginger Chicken


2 tablespoon butter
6 chicken breast filets
2 cup chopped broccoli spears
1 1/2 cup show peas
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce


In wok or skillet, fry filets in butter for 3 to 4 minutes on each side using med-high heat. Add broccoli, snow peas and water chestnuts and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl until cornstarch is fully dissolved. Pour over filets and veggies and bring to a boil. Hold for 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
