Recipe for Spicy Pakistani Potatoes And Cauliflower


1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 medium onion; finely chopped
2 teaspoon garlic; minced
1 teaspoon ginger root; grated
1 black pepper; to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
8 oz potato; cooked, diced
1 small cauliflower, cut into floret
3 tablespoon cooking water
1 salt to taste
