Recipe for Banker's Pineapple Cheese Ball


2 8 oz cream cheese; softened
8 1/2 oz crushed pineapple; drained
1/4 cup green pepper; finely chopped
2 tablespoon onion; chopped
1 teaspoon salt
2 cup pecans; chopped
1 assorted crackers


In medium bowl combine the cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, onion, salt and 1 cup of pecans. Mix well. Refrigerate until firm. Roll the cheese ball in the remaining pecans before serving.
