Recipe for Eggless "Egg" Sandwich Spread


1/2 lb tofu
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 each celery stalk
1 small onion
1 tablespoon vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1 salt, as required


Mash tofu. Finely chop the onion & celery (use a food processor if you have one handy). Combine all ingredients & chill well.
