Recipe for Octopus Poke

Ingredients

1 lb octopus, cooked
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame seeds,toasted
1/2 cup ogo; chopped
1 tablespoon shoyu
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed kukui nut

Instructions

Cut octopus into bite-size pieces. Mix with remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
