Recipe for Butternut Squash Casserole


2 cup squash, butternut; cooked, and mashed
3 eggs; beaten
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter (or marg.); melted
2 tablespoon coconut, flaked
1/2 teaspoon ginger, ground
1/2 teaspoon coconut flavoring


Combine all ingredients, mixing well; pour into a lightly greased 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until set.
