Recipe for Crabmeat Casserole

Ingredients

2 slice white bread, cubed
2 oz cheddar cheese, cubed
6 oz crabmeat, well drained
4 oz canned mushrooms, drained
2 eggs
1 cup skim milk
1 1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash of pepper
1 dash of paprika

Instructions

Arrange bread, cheese, crabmeat and mushrooms in Pam sprayed 1 1/2 quart casserole. Beat eggs with milk and seasonings. Pour egg mixture over other ingredients and let stand, covered, in refrigerator overnight. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. If after 45 minutes, casserole looks too juicy, cook it uncovered for a while longer.
