Recipe for Low Calorie Casserole


1 small head of cabbage
1 lb lean hamburger
1 medium onion
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 can condensed tomato soup with
1 1 can of water


Chop cabbage and place in a greased baking dish. Brown meat and onion; stir in rice. Pour on top of cabbage. Mix soup and water. Pour over entire casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Add more water, if casserole is too dry. Bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
