Recipe for Skipper's Tater Tots


1 tablespoon margarine
1/4 cup green pepper; finely chopped
2 tablespoon onions, chopped
4 teaspoon flour
1/8 teaspoon dill seed
2 1/2 oz mushrooms; sliced
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
6 1/2 oz tuna
1 cup peas; partially thawed
2 cup tater tots


In 8" round microwave dish combine first three ingredients. Cook, covered, on high for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir in flour, dill seed, 1/2 t salt and dash of pepper. Drain mushrooms; reserve liquid. Stir reserved liquid, milk, worcestershire sauce into baking dish. Cook, uncovered, on high 11 to 12 minutes, giving dish a half turn after 6 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
