Recipe for Spanish Limas


1 each onion, chopped
2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 cup cooked dried lima beans 1/2 tsp sal; t
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup grated american cheese
1 each green pepper, chopped
2 cup strained cooked tomatoes
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce


Saute onion and pepper in oil. Add tomatoes and simmer 10 minutes. Add beans and seasonings and cook 20 minutes. Place beans and cheese in a greased casserole and bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
