Recipe for Sylvie's Salad Dressing


12 oz plain yogurt
6 oz light olive oil
1 juice of lemon
1 tablespoon brown mustard
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste
1 various herbs


Mix all ingredients together. It should be the consistency of ranch dressing. If too thick, thin with more oil.

Makes approximately 1-1/2 cups, or about 24 servings.
