Recipe for Spicy Chopped Chicken


10 oz cooked chicken breast
2 shallots, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
1 green pepper (jalapeno or serrano t; ype), slice into rings
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 pinch chili powder (dried red type)
10 mint leaves
5 coriander leaves


Chop the chicken breast then mix together all the ingredients except the garnish. Sprinkle with the chopped mint and coriander leaves.

Serve with plain rice.
