Recipe for Barbecue Taco Salads


1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup onion; chopped
8 oz cheez whiz
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
6 lettuce leaves; large
3 cup lettuce; shredded
1 tomato; chopped
1 corn chips


Brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Add chhez whiz, barbecue sauce and chili powder; stir until melted. Arrange lettuce on plate. Top each leaf with shredded lettuce, meat mixture, tomato and chips.
