5 lb pork butt, coarse ground
4 each eggs, lightly beaten
1 tablespoon salt
3 teaspoon basil
3 teaspoon marjoram
2 cup water
5 cup bread crumbs
8 each garlic cloves, pressed
3 teaspoon thyme
3 teaspoon rosemary
3 teaspoon black pepper


Combine all ingredients, mix well and stuff into sheep casing. To cook, fry in butter or oil
