Recipe for Baked Eggs

Ingredients

1 cup matzo farfel
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon white pepper
1 1/4 cup tomato sauce w/ mushrooms
4 raw eggs
1 cheese of your choice; grated (optional)

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine matzo farfel with salt, pepper and the tomato sauce. Divide the mixture evenly into 4 well-greased 8 or 10 oz baking dishes. Make a well in the center of each dish and drop an egg into each depression. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until the eggs are firm.
