Recipe for Chicken & Ham Soup


5 cup clear chicken stock
1/2 cup white wine
2 slice mild cooked ham, fat removed and sh; redded
1/2 cup lightly cooked fresh peas
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or-
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 tablespoon chopped parsley


Heat chicken stock in large saucepan. When stock is hot, add wine, ham, peas and tarragon. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
