Recipe for Lynn's Pork Tenderloin


1 pork tenderloin, in 1 inch chunks
1 egg
1/2 cup ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup flour morton's nature seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk mozzarella cheese, s; hredded (as desired)


Pound meat flat; dip into beaten egg mixed with 1 tablespoon milk, then dip into mixture of crackers, Corn Flakes and flour. Fry until brown. Season with Nature seasoning. Arrange in baking dish. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Pour over soups and milk. Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees. Can put under broiler (uncovered) to brown for 5 minutes if desired.
