Recipe for Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 can italian stewed tomatoes (14 1/2 oz.; ea.)
2 can beef broth (10 1/2 oz. ea.)
1 can mixed vegetables, drained (16 oz.)
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup uncooked medium egg noodles

Instructions

In a Dutch oven or soup kettle, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth, vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until noodles are done. Serves 6-8
