1 1/2 lb round steak, chopped
2 tablespoon flour
1 salt
1 pepper
1 medium onion, sliced
1 carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
15 oz tomato sauce


Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat flour. Place vegetables on bottom of crock, add meat, top with tomato sauce.
